Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train new sales representatives on company products, services, and sales techniques
- Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Mombasa.

Preference:
This job is open to candidates from Egypt or Nepal. However, candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
