We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Teamlead to join our Indian team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Indian employees, ensuring that they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work. As the Teamlead, your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a team of Indian employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Setting clear goals and objectives for the team and monitoring progress towards achieving them.
- Ensuring that all team members are meeting their individual KPIs and delivering high-quality work.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to help team members improve their skills.
- Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the team's processes and implementing necessary changes.
- Building a positive working environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Indian languages is an advantage).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. As this position is based in Ashdod, we are specifically looking for candidates who are currently located or willing to relocate to this city. Please note that this job does not require any English language skills, as the main language used in our Indian team is Indian languages. Additionally, this position does not include accommodation.
