Executive Chef at a Luxury Resort in Sheduva

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxury resort in Sheduva. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus that showcase local and international cuisine. You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff training. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end resort or restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that showcase local and international cuisine
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff training
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Manage budget and control costs to ensure profitability
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and service
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the resort

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end resort or restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Proven ability to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other departments and suppliers
- Knowledge of local ingredients and cuisine is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Sheduva for this full-time position
