We are in need of a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Siauliai. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience and expertise in working with concrete materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up concrete forms
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete structures
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete materials
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment such as mixers, trowels, and screeds
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
