We are a leading surveying company in Pula, Croatia looking for a qualified and experienced Surveyor Technician to join our team. As a Surveyor Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting our surveyors with field work and data collection. Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyors with field work, including setting up equipment and taking measurements
- Conduct topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
- Collect accurate and detailed data for mapping purposes
- Perform calculations to determine boundary lines and land elevations
- Create maps and drawings using computer software programs such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Communicate regularly with the survey team to ensure accurate data collection
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Surveyor Technician or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software programs such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong mathematical skills for data analysis and calculations
- Knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
