Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and functionality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and structures
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards for industrial structures
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Preferred Nationality: Indian

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
