Seasonal Waiter for Indian Restaurant in Nairobi, Kenya


We are a well-established Indian restaurant in Nairobi, Kenya and we are currently seeking a seasonal waiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure that all tables are clean and properly set up before and after each guest
- Provide recommendations on menu items and promote specials
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean work environment at all times
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
