Administrator (Egyptian Nationals)Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing administrative tasks and procedures in our company located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Your main duties will include maintaining company records, coordinating office activities, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Your daily tasks will also include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting with financial management. You will also be responsible for creating reports and presentations, as well as managing company databases.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Your strong communication skills in English will also be essential in this position.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. A biometric passport is required for this position. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
