Sales Representative
We are a growing retail company in search of an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify potential new clients and proactively reach out to them
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on company offerings
- Create and present sales proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Stay organized with client information and sales data using our CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with retail products or merchandise
Salary: $900 per month
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work for special events or client meetings. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary plus commission based on sales performance.
