We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our international team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Kenyan employees in our company. This is an English speaking job, so fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Kenyan employees
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Set goals and monitor performance of team members
- Implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve company objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a teamlead or similar role
- Experience working with Kenyan employees is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
