We are in need of a responsible and caring Babysitter to join our family in Lom, Togo. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality childcare for our children while ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
- Plan and organize age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and educational play
- Assist with homework and school projects
- Monitor children's behavior and maintain discipline when needed
- Ensure the children's hygiene needs are met, including diaper changes and potty training
- Communicate regularly with parents about the children's development, behavior, and any concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Babysitter or similar role is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Must be fluent in English speaking to effectively communicate with the children and parents
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Must have good time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children
- Must be physically fit to keep up with active children
