Sales Manager - Acre, Africa
As the Sales Manager for our company in Acre, Africa, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and achieving sales targets. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure effective communication and smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Africa for business purposes
Salary: $900 per month (plus commission)
