Data Mining Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Mining Specialist to join our team in Utena. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing large amounts of data from various sources to uncover valuable insights and trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various data mining tools and techniques to extract relevant information from large datasets
- Clean, organize, and analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends
- Develop and implement data mining models to support business decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and insights effectively through reports, presentations, or visualizations
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of data used for analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in data mining, preferably in a business setting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, or other programming languages commonly used for data mining
- Working knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
