Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate, feasible, and meet all necessary regulations. You will use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models, conduct site visits to gather information and measurements, and communicate with contractors and clients. This position requires a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.

We are seeking an Architectural Technologist with a degree or diploma in architecture or a related field. While experience is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates without experience who possess a strong foundation in architectural principles and techniques. Proficiency in CAD software is required, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with biometric passport requirements is a plus. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

This full-time position is based in Wiltz but may require occasional travel for site visits or meetings with clients. We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This opportunity is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
