Fitter - Mechanical Maintenance Technician


We are looking for a skilled Fitter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for performing mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on our equipment and machinery. This position requires extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery
- Replace or repair faulty parts using hand and power tools
- Operate machining equipment to fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and gears
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1800 USD per month.

City:
This role is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
