Milling Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator for our manufacturing company in Bungoma. The ideal candidate should have experience operating milling machines, as well as knowledge of tool and die making. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain proper tooling and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in machining preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of tool and die making processes is highly desired
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
