We are in search of a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with various types of plaster, including traditional and modern techniques. They should also be able to read blueprints and have a strong understanding of construction safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling them
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Create decorative textures or patterns using specialized tools
- Repair any damaged surfaces before applying plaster
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster and smooth out any bumps or rough spots
- Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of plaster and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
