Indian Administrator in Dickirch
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Dickirch. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records
- Coordinating schedules and appointments for management and staff
- Handling incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting as necessary
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with recruitment processes by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Managing travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (French or German proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
