Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Jeddah is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting land surveys, interpreting data and creating accurate measurements, and producing detailed reports. This position is open to Indian nationals with fluency in English and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and other types of land surveys using a variety of methods and equipment
- Interpret survey data to determine property boundaries and create accurate measurements
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the accuracy of survey results
- Maintain records of survey data and keep track of project progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred
