Courier Delivery Driver


We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Courier Delivery Driver to join our team in Malindi. As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our clients in a timely manner. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery van to deliver packages to various locations within the city
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Verify package contents and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues that may arise during deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries made
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in package delivery or courier services preferred
- Familiarity with Malindi streets and routes is an asset
- Ability to read maps and follow directions accurately
- Good time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively in English
