Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials at our construction site in Acre, Israel. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure efficient and safe loading and unloading of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders in a construction setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials such as gravel, sand, and other construction materials
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment on the job site
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination of material loading and unloading processes
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Adhere to project schedule and deadlines
- Perform routine maintenance on loaders as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols for heavy equipment operation
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members in English or Hebrew
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in routine maintenance of loaders is preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
