We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have prior experience working as a Baker and be able to follow recipes and measurements accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet customer expectations
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Order supplies as needed
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or issues to management

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Experience with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking various types of dough
- Knowledge of different types of flours, sugars, yeasts, etc.
- Attention to detail and creativity when decorating baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
