Industrial Architect - Atlanta, USA


We are seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for the design and development of industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial spaces
- Create detailed plans and designs for industrial buildings and structures
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing structures and gather information for design purposes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position. This is a full-time role but we are open to considering part-time options as well. Please note that this position does not include accommodation but we can provide assistance with finding suitable housing. We are also able to provide visa sponsorship for non-US citizens.
