The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including budgeting, staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability
- Recruit, train, and manage staff members to maintain high standards of service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or promotions
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
