Indian Waiter in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian waiter to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our restaurant caters to a diverse clientele and we are looking for a candidate who can provide excellent service while showcasing their knowledge of Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the dishes
- Ensure tables are set up properly with all necessary items
- Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with clearing tables
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter in an Indian restaurant is required
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, including popular dishes and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia
