Dietitian Assistant

We are a leading healthcare provider in Doha seeking a dedicated and qualified Dietitian Assistant to join our team. As a Dietitian Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our licensed Dietitians to provide quality nutrition care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dietitians in developing and implementing individualized meal plans for patients, taking into consideration their dietary needs and restrictions
- Monitor patients' food intake and provide support in making healthy food choices
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and provide resources for healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the supervising Dietitians
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on current nutritional guidelines and practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Proven experience working as a Dietitian Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of nutritional principles, meal planning, and diet therapy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate patients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with diverse populations

Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
