Restaurant Manager in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure that all food preparation meets health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ability to analyze financial reports
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1400$ per month
