Office Assistant - Contract Position
Our dynamic company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a contract position, perfect for someone with experience in an office setting who is looking for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
Salary: $1100 per month
Preferred Nationality: Indian (but all nationalities are welcome)
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (no English language skills required)
