Welder (Indian Nationals)


We are in need of skilled Welders with Indian nationality to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to join metal parts and fabricate structures according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding method based on material type and thickness
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, or debris
- Use manual or automated welding techniques to join metal parts together
- Inspect welded joints for quality and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Operate cutting equipment to trim excess metal from welded parts
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while working
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within given deadlines

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred due to visa restrictions
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Knowledge of various metals and their properties
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical strength are important for this role
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills is a plus but not required
