Radio Technician


We are currently looking for a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Nizwa. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment used for communication and broadcasting purposes. This role requires someone with technical knowledge and experience in the field of radio technology.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and other related devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with radio equipment and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of all radio equipment.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of all radio systems.
- Stay updated on new technology and advancements in the field of radio technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with electronic equipment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of different types of radio equipment.
- Familiarity with basic electronic principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Physically fit to lift heavy equipment when needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Nizwa, Oman. Non-Omani candidates must have a valid biometric passport.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is not required for this position.

Experience Level:
No prior experience is required for this position. However, candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
