Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and has previous experience working in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when necessary.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including making travel arrangements.
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Providing general support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Jerusalem (non-Israelis may apply)
Language Requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required
Experience Required: Previous experience working in an office setting is required.
