Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project completion
- Develop project plans and timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and alignment of goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to upper management
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

We offer competitive salary package of $1300 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
