Facade Technician


Our company is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior building facades. This position requires experience in facade installation and repair, as well as the ability to work at heights. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facade systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged or malfunctioning facades
- Clean and maintain exterior building facades
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs
- Work at heights using safety equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects
- Keep track of materials and equipment used for each project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation and repair
- Familiarity with various facade systems and materials
- Ability to work at heights using safety equipment
- Strong technical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Physical fitness for manual labor

Salary: $1600 per month
