Indian Concierge in Jerusalem


We are hiring a professional and friendly Indian Concierge to join our team in Jerusalem. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. No English language skills are required for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and assist with reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest requests such as room service, laundry, or special arrangements
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to accurately answer guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jerusalem or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language is required
- Basic computer skills for handling reservations and guest requests
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
