Concierge Assistant in Jerusalem

We are a leading hospitality company seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. As a Concierge Assistant, you will assist our guests with their travel arrangements, provide recommendations for local attractions and events, and ensure their overall satisfaction during their stay.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in Israel and have a valid visa
- At least 12 years of education completed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and transportation
- Arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and cultural activities to enhance guest experience

Salary: $1500/month
