Indian Architecture Manager in Ashdod


We are in search of a highly skilled Indian Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from planning and design to construction completion. You will need to have extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team of architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of architectural projects, from concept development to final construction.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Review project designs and ensure they comply with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the work of architects and engineers on the project team.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Monitor construction progress and provide guidance as needed.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
