Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Herzliya. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking for jobs for Canadians or Nepali, as English proficiency is not required. No prior experience is necessary, making this position ideal for students or those without experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (not required)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
