We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to develop preservation plans and oversee the execution of restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and any necessary restoration work
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local and national regulations for historic preservation
- Oversee the execution of restoration projects, working closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the preservation process
- Document all restoration work including materials used, methods employed, and costs incurred
- Conduct research on historical architecture styles, techniques, materials, and technologies to inform restoration decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in historic preservation or related field
- Knowledge of local and national regulations for historic preservation
- Familiarity with architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough assessments of buildings/structures

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
