We are in search of a talented and experienced Baker to join our team in Hawalli. As our Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that meet the high standards of our customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area, and ensuring all products are made according to our recipes and standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Proficiency in English communication
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of different types of doughs, fillings, and baking techniques
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Willingness to work early mornings or late nights as needed

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, etc.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before serving to customers
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area at all times
- Train new bakers on company's baking techniques and recipes if needed
