Excavator Operator

We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Kaunas. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating an excavator and possess a valid license/certification for the equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary starting at 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to move earth, materials or equipment as instructed by supervisor
- Ensure safe operation of the equipment and follow all safety guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure it is in good working condition
- Record daily activities, including materials moved, hours worked and any incidents or issues
- Communicate effectively with team members and other workers on the job site
- Follow project plans and work orders to complete tasks efficiently
- Report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment immediately to supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Valid license/certification for operating an excavator
- At least 1 year of experience operating an excavator or similar heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and work orders
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on construction sites or in a similar field
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks for heavy machinery
