Indian Barista in Las Vegas


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders
- Suggest additional items to customers such as pastries or snacks
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Ensure high-quality ingredients are used for all drinks
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer competitive compensation starting at $900 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Las Vegas. Accommodation will not be provided.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A certificate or training in barista skills is an advantage.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.

Preference:
We welcome applications from candidates of any nationality who meet the above requirements. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working as a barista in India.
