English Teacher for Malayalee Students in Ashdod, Israel

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English teacher to join our team at our language school in Ashdod, Israel. As a teacher for Malayalee students, your main responsibility will be to create and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the specific needs and learning styles of our students.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to Malayalee students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to make lessons interactive and interesting.
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback on their performance.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes cultural understanding and respect.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop teaching materials and lesson plans.
- Stay updated on current language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your lessons.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers.
- Native or near-native fluency in English.
- Familiarity with Malayalam language is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learners.
- Passion for teaching, cultural sensitivity, and strong classroom management skills.
