We are a reputable language school located in Ashdod, seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing students' progress, and providing individualized instruction to students of various ages and levels.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver interactive and dynamic lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess students' language proficiency and provide feedback on their progress
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to engage and motivate students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- At least 2 years of teaching experience (preferably with ESL/EFL students)
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
