Sales Representative

We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the local market. This is an entry-level position open to both Pakistani and Egyptian nationals with fluency in English. Accommodation will not be provided, so this role is suitable for individuals who are already based in Kaunas or willing to relocate. Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided. Salary: $1000 per month (plus commission)

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Develop creative strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Keep track of sales data and reports for management review

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lithuania
