Our company is a leading international sales organization seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and be able to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers a salary of $1200 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. English fluency is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitors
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation abilities with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel within Ufa for client visits (valid driver's license preferred)
