Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herzliya. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with sustainable and efficient design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Utilize sustainable design principles to create environmentally friendly structures
- Incorporate efficiency measures into designs to optimize space usage and reduce costs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience with sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Salary: $1400 per month
