Industrial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herzliya. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs and budget
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented accurately and efficiently
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Herzliya
