Industrial Architect


We are currently hiring for the position of Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Herzliya. This is a contract position suitable for men, with a salary of 1600$. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and analysis to assess clients' needs and requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and models using specialized software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
