Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Sheduva, Africa (Open to all nationalities)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify potential new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales trips to promote the hotel's brand and services
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
