Slinger Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slinger Supervisor to join our team in Malindi. As a Slinger Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the slinging process on construction sites. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in slinging to take on a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of slingers, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
- Plan and organize daily slinging activities, assigning tasks to team members as needed
- Inspect slinging equipment before use and ensure they are in good working condition
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transport of construction materials using appropriate slinging techniques
- Train new employees on safe slinging practices and provide ongoing guidance to existing staff
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment used during each shift
- Communicate effectively with other site personnel to ensure smooth coordination of work activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Slinger in the construction industry
- Proven experience in supervising a team of slingers preferred
- Must have an English speaking proficiency
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to slinging operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing work environments

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month for this position.
